Prior Booking Information

1. Prior Reservation / Booking Mandatory with 50% Advance amount.
2. 100% Payment to be made at the time of Check-in (By card/Cash). We do not accept UPI payments/PO/BTC/Credit/Cheque.
3. Team coordinators to come early to do the check-in formalities and collect wrist bands and coupons. Wrist bands are mandatory in the premises.
4. Guests should produce a valid Indian Government document. ID during Check-in (Aadhar /Driving license / Voters ID / Passport). The person booking & staying should be above 21 years of age. People below 10 years /old / infants / sick people are not recommended/allowed to camp. The declaration form is to be signed prior to check-in.
5. All prices mentioned above are true to our Knowledge.
6. All kinds of outside beverages & eatables are strictly prohibited.
7. Standard Facilities include: Swimming Pool / Rain Dance / Indoor & outdoor Games.
8. Swimming Costume Nylon / Polyester wear Mandatory. (Towels to be carried)
9. MC/PA system & Team Building Activities can be provided on request at additional cost.
10. We do not provide electricity for any event of large formats if the power consumption is more than 04kv. Kindly arrange your generator.
11. Event management companies have to arrange their own props. Resort props will be subject to availability and will incur an additional cost.
12. We do not allow/serve liquor in our premises
13. Adventure activities are coupon-based.
 

Terms & Conditions

We at RD’s Nature Retreat wish to make your outing / stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We request that you please follow our rules and regulations mentioned below. We will do our best to remedy problems or concerns you may have. If at any time you feel that something is not right, please feel free to contact the Managers. Below are the Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and sign the disclaimer after accepting  -
1. Registration: All registered Guests should produce a valid government ID during Check-In. The person booking and staying should be above 21 years of age, and children should be accompanied by an adult at all times in the property. All facilities are to be used only between check-in and checkout timings as per reservations.
2. Occupancy: Occupancy of the site is restricted to the registered guests only; therefore, we do not allow any visitors/drivers.
3. Children: All children need to be supervised by a parent or guardian. Children aged 10 years and above will be charged at adult rates.
4. Request you to please use the lockers if needed, as RD’s Nature Retreat is not responsible for any loss of valuables, accidents, or injuries.
5. We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins. Smoking is allowed in the designated areas only.
6. CANCELLATIONS: An advance amount once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances after 48 hours before check-in time. There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures. In the event of “No Shows”, the customer will be charged the full amount of the reserved time.
7. Quiet hours will be maintained between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. Because of the open design of the Resort, sound can travel a distance. Please minimise sound since it might disturb other guests and the surrounding areas.
8. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
9. RIGHT CONDUCT: We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs, or generally disrupting the peace at the Resort.
10. BREAKAGES / LOST Items: Any breakages / lost items related to the resort caused by guests/occupants, during their stay, will be charged to their personal account and will be settled in full upon check-out. The amount to be charged is based on the price acquisition of such item(s) or the actual quote.
11. LIABILITY: The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property, including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of God that may occur within the Resort.
12. Swimming costume compulsory. Nylon/polyester materials are acceptable.
13. Storing of Hazardous goods in the room or resort property is strictly prohibited.
14. Outdoors are monitored/recorded by CCTV cameras for security reasons.
15. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: RD’s Nature Retreat will not permit illegal activity anywhere on the property, and management and staff will assist the police in every possible way (including testifying) to convict anyone performing illegal acts or engaging in illegal activity within the premises.
16. ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES: We would like to inform you that there may be a factor of risk factor involved; therefore, ride at your own risk. Please note that in case of any accidents, RD’s Nature Retreat is not liable as you are taking part in the activities at your own will. If you possess any psychological or physical, or medical limitations, or are not willing to assume risk, or are not confident, or not accepting the difficulty of adventure activities, or are under the influence of alcohol, please DO NOT take part in the adventure activities.
17. Without the adventure crew, no activity is to be performed by any guests. All the games are subject to availability.
18. The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety/technical reasons without prior notice.
19. We suggest guests not to carry valuable things while playing the activities/using the swimming pool.(Gold, watch, mobile & wallet etc.)
20. Photographs shot by our in-house photographer in the public areas, customers’ reviews may be shared on social media or website.
21. Since the resort is designed considering minimal modification of the natural landscape and nature by keeping it rustic and original, we request you to be careful in the uneven areas.
22. If allergic to any kind of food or drink, please check with the managers before consumption if doubtful.
23. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation - Postponement - Refund

1. If the cancellation is done 10 days prior to the check-in date, 100% shall be refunded.
2. If the cancellation is done 48 hours prior to the check-in date, 25% of the total amount shall be deducted.
3. If the cancellation is done less than 48hours prior to the check-in date, the advance amount shall not be refunded.
4. Cancellation charges will be deducted from the total amount.
5. No refund is allowed for not utilising or not cancelling the booking.
6. Once the booking is postponed, there shall be no refund.
7. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed to the guest's account within 10 bank working days from the date of check-in.
8. Postponement is done subject to the availability and can be processed only once.

2. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
3. Contact: When you send us an email/fillup the contact form, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
4. Payment: We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
